Hi, I’m Shannon.
Founder of Lol & Elf, DFW mom, and the person who packs every single kit.
Lol & Elf started the way a lot of good things do: at the kitchen table, late at night, in December. Like so many parents, I loved the magic of the Christmas elf but dreaded the 10 p.m. “what do I do tonight?” panic.
So in 2023 I started putting together kits: everything you need for a jaw-dropping arrival morning, plus a simple plan for every night after. Friends asked for them. Then their friends did. Since then, more than 1,000 Lol & Elf kits have been delivered to families across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
With a master’s degree in education, I design every idea card to do a little more than make kids laugh (though that’s the main job!). They spark creativity, curiosity and kindness, and they’re quick enough that busy parents actually use them.
My goal is simple: wide eyes, big giggles, and one less thing on your December to-do list.
