Does the kit come with an elf?
No. Our kits are designed to work with any Christmas elf you already have at home. Everything else for an unforgettable season is in the box.
When will my kit arrive?
Every kit is in your hands before December 1. Local deliveries and Lewisville pickups happen Nov 21–29, and Texas shipping orders arrive before Nov 30 when you order by Nov 20.
Where do you deliver?
Free local delivery covers every ZIP within 10 miles of Lewisville (75067), including all of Flower Mound, Coppell, Grapevine and Highland Village. Everyone else can schedule a free pickup in Lewisville, or choose flat $12 shipping anywhere in Texas. We don’t ship outside Texas this season.
Can I pick up my kit?
Yes! Choose “Scheduled pickup in Lewisville” at checkout. It’s free, and Shannon will email you to set a pickup time between Nov 21 and 29.
How much are kits?
Early-bird pricing through Nov 5: $45 for one kit, or $40 each when you order 2 or more. Starting Nov 6: $55 for one kit, or $50 each for 2+. Limit 10 kits per order.
How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, Venmo and PayPal. Choose one at checkout and you’ll see your exact total plus a one-tap pay link (or Zelle details) right away. Please pay within 24 hours to lock in your kits.
Is this affiliated with The Elf on the Shelf®?
No. Lol & Elf is an independent, family-run business in Lewisville, Texas. Our kits are made to work with any elf.
Can I send kits as gifts?
Absolutely! Add the recipient’s address at checkout, and use the notes box for a gift message. Ordering for several families? Email us and we’ll help split deliveries.
What if I need more than 10 kits?
Email shannondhokia@gmail.com and we’ll do our best. Kits are handmade in limited batches.
Are kits safe for little kids?
Kits include small pieces, so they’re meant for grown-ups to set up. Keep small parts out of reach of children under 3.
What’s your return policy?
Because every kit is hand-packed in limited quantities, all sales are final once your kit is packed. If anything arrives damaged or missing, email us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
